I just downloaded the release version of IE4. I'm happy to say that all of the
errors that were in the preview versions seems to be taken care of. In
particular the "Server was reset by host" the we were constantly getting
on UT is gone. Also, you can now use the mousewheel to scroll either window
in UT without clicking on the window, your mouse just has to be over it.
Finally, the problem that people were having when creating a new message with
the editbox being mis-sized it gone.

This new version looks nice. If I don't find any major gotcha's I'm switching
my main browser to this.
