How do you make a hidden column? Is there any way other than to make the width=0? I've tried that before, but the user can resize columns to make it visible.
I have noticed in playing around with the listview that if you sort on column 1, then sort on column 2, it gives the effect of sorting on column 2 + column 1. Maybe another solution would be to sort on column 4, then column 1, then column 2.
