Hi Gary,
Well, I did think about that when reviewing the data elements of
the table. But when you use that field for reporting purposes,
a un-checked field doesn't necessarily mean 'Unsatisfactory' ...
it could mean 'not applicable', 'not observed', etc. Therefore,
I decided to go with two check boxes. But with great tips from
others, I decided to use an option group with 3 option buttons
(Satisfactory, UnSatisfactory, N/A).
