Nope. The judges upheld the ruling that MS has a monopoly for Operating Systems. They threw out the punishment. I'm still not sure how the appeals court ruled on tying IE to Windows. The news stories aren't clear on that...and I definately won't understand the legal verbage of the ruling itself.

I would be very surprised if the new judge says MS should be broken up.
