I've used Visual ProMatrix v6.0a and had great results with it. They have great support via the newsgroup and it really helped me get over the learning curve. I've also investigated FoxExpress and have found lots of great recommendations from people. So as far as which one is better ... it really depends on your needs. I don't think either one would be wrong. IMO, the best way to describe the differences between the two would be that Visual ProMatrix has an easier learning curve, but may not be quite as powerful as FoxExpress. However, I do know that Visual ProMatrix has a newer version out since I worked with it so maybe that version is more comparable to FoxExpress.
