No doubt, this is an easy one - but I'm baffled.
We've been using VFP6-SP4 and the distributed exe has been working well on a variety of OS, HW, etc. We want to capitalize on all the new features of SP5 but have a small snag.

With a new compiled EXE and the two new VFP6 DLLS moved to a stand-alone Win98se system, we now cannot open our EXE.
"Visual Foxpro Cannot Start. Could not load resources."
So, which operating system DLL needs to be updated also? (This seems similar to the Oleaut32 issue in the past.) This is a distributed exe, so we cannot be installing the service pack on all of our customers' systems. I've tried to move a few DLLs over that were mentioned in the File List of the service pack, but I'm getting the same behavior.

Any ideas?
