When I was looking at another question on this earlier this week, I had 80% of own PM created in about 5 minutes. The only part I did not do was the tree view. If I could do that much, certainly the wizards at MS could have done the same.

yep, I think the source for PM would be there, and have considered rolling my own. It would take me more than 6.25 minutes, though ( 5 minutes / 80%) <g>
