For instance, each command/function/class/PEM could have its own 'page' (with the "see also" corrrespondingly updated), syntax ("usage" in the book) could be shown/explained better (maybe 1-per-'page' solves that anyway). I'm sure there are other things that .chm offers that could be applied too.

Great idea, Jim. Producing a CHM only version of the book should reduce the price of the book too... although I agree with others... it has paid for itself many times.
