Well, I don't know Judge Penfield's political positions. How did you come by them?

Having said that I'd probably disagree and suggest that to take the positions he did he either had some personal prejudices that he allowed to influence his behaviour (essentially what the 7-0 ruling asserted) or he's a soft-headed feely-touchy big-businesses-are-bad kind of non-thinker. <g>
He really did step in it - regardless of the original merit of Microsoft's guilt/innocence.
