Actually, if you are taking a "low-level" look at a "Class" or a "Form" and looking for "lost" method code, you should be looking in the .VCT or .SCT files ... and NOT the .VCX or .SCX files.

The .VCT and .SCT files are the "Memo" files that contain the actual "method code" (if any). The .VCX and .SCX files only container "pointers" to these "memos".

Unless the files were "packed", the code might still be around ... it's only the pointers that might be broken.
