I was working on this same issue jsut this morning. Here is the list that I found in runtime.hlp

\PROGRAM FILES\SEAGATE SOFTWARE\REPORT DESIGNER COMPONENT\CRAXDRT.DLL
\PROGRAM FILES\SEAGATE SOFTWARE\VIEWERS\ACTIVEXVIEWER\CRVIEWER.DLL
<b>You must register (regsvr32) these two DLLs.</b>

Also, you may need:

\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\IMPLODE.DLL
\PROGRAM FILES\SEAGATE SOFTWARE\SHARED\SSCSDK80.DLL
\PROGRAM FILES\SEAGATE SOFTWARE\SHARED\PG32CONV.DLL
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CRPAIG80.DLL
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MFC42.DLL
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCRT.DLL

There are other files listed on the help file depending on how you are using Crystal in your application. For example, if you let users create reports using the RDC, other files may be needed.
