1) It is possible that another user is currently editing the record, RLOCK() issued, or adding a record, FLOCK() issued, and no UNLOCK has not been issued after the operation.
2) Also this can be caused by having your SET REFRESH set to too long an interval. Try setting it to 5 or perphaps 10 seconds.
