My suggestion is using RichTextBox control.
You can load form template as RTF file by LoadFile, programmatically fing text like %name%, %telno% and replace it by actual values, and print content of control.
User will be able to change RTF template using WordPad, word or other editors.
Another way is using third-party controls like TX Text Control or True DBReports.

>A part of my VB application, deals with printing "Contract Form", "Legal Form" & "Warning Form" where there are fixed text in this form will be printed and in bettween of some line of this text a data will be printed from my database.
>like filling the person name, nationality, telno, etc.
