However, I have to say this one, when we realized the situation, it was something which made us thought about the fact "See before you buy" or "Buy and see later". The ability for non PUTM members to see a search result layout before upgrading is a good approach. This is what I like when I test a software before registering it. However, we thought that maybe that option should have been hidden to non PUTM members since its debut. But, then again, many would have said, well "If I don't see how it works, I'm not into upgrading".

To come back to your last line, I have to say that the Universal Thread is quite satisfied with the way we are doing things as oppose to many other businesses. As oppose to big corporations, at many occasions, we survey and ask users for their suggestions so we can work on the subject with them. We do not find that that much around. So, I would just ignore that last line.
