With such an amount of members, yes, this is always anticipated. Our goal is not to please everyone but to do our best as we know that is unrealizable. The more members you have, the more feedback you'll have. However, at this point, we still can afford to respond to everyone. At long term, with a bigger audience, this would be more difficult.

This is always as non PUTM were doing. This is how it was exepected to be. As for how PUTM work, this is up to them to decide how they work in the way it'll be more productive for them.
