The common cause of such things is that you've probably created the report using the table, and still have the table's alias written in the report fields. Just open every field in the report (use report designer, though you could just USE the .frx and browse the Expr memo (or Name?)), and see which alias is there. If it's the table's alias, simply delete it. Then close the report and give it a try.
