Hello Guys

I am trying to print a comma delimited text file using crystal reports and I am having troubles.

First I created a comma delimited text file and put it into a directory.

I then created an ODBC data source and pointed to the directory that the text file was in.

I then went through the motions of creating the actual report using the ODBC data as my source and saved it away, so far so good.

Next I went to VB and placed the Crystal Reports ActiveX control on a form
and in the load event I set the ReportFileName property = to the path and filename of the report that I saved away earlier and set the Action property = 1 and then ran the app and I was able to see the data in print preview mode, so far so good.

I then went inside the text file and made some changes and ran the app again expecting to see these latest changes and what I saw was the data from the first time that I ran the app.

How can I get it to show the latest data???

What if I had more fields than what I could fit on one page of a report in design mode, How could I span these fields across more than one page of a report???

Thank You

Gary
