Hi Michelle,

I agree that those are problems. I also agree that a date, especially in a consistent place (and different colour is good too) might go a long way toward solving those problems.

As for mis-categorizing or just not categorizing, I guess any one of us is free to move then about. But I think I'd be reluctant generally. Maybe Michel could designate a staffer to watch over this one document and apply some consistent judgement as to placement (if something seems misplaced). Possibly even move unclear ones to a new "need more information" category.
