No. You must have the VFP appropriate runtimes installed. By appropriate I mean, the ones for the version your are using (VFP6 in your case) and for your VFP base language (English, German, Spanish, etc.)
You may also need to install and register any ActiveX (OCX) you used and maybe the FOXHHELP*.DLL files if you are using CHM help.
Fortunately all of this gets packaged for distribution, then installed and registered in the target PC by the setup wizard or other install program you use.
