Not here. But you could run a post-setup program that checks for it.

To tell wether WSH 2.0 is installed:
SET CLASSLIB TO REGISTRY.VCX
oReg = CREATEOBJECT("Registry")
? oReg.IsKey("VBScript.RegExp")

BTW, VFP7 will bring Install Shield Lite as a better installer.
