Look at Web Connect. (http://west-wind.com). It is a framework to use VFP programs in the web. It allows you to "paint" a form using DHTML (restricted to IE browser only). It works very nicely.

For VFP7, EPS-Software is coming up with a product called VooDoo Web Controls that will do what you want. (http://www.eps-software.com/voodoo/index.ewb)

Lastly, there was (is) a technology from Microsoft called Active Documents. It also does what yuou want but it is only acceptable in an Intranet situation as it requires a download of the VFP runtimes to the client PCs.
