Removing the "PROMPT" is not really desirable since it would give the user less control on which printer they could print to (only the default printer would be used) or change the printer's settings. Anybody have another solution out there???

Hi, Mark.

I use GetPrinter() and then use the result in the REPORT... command. A bit klutzy, but it's working. Don't forget to blank out the EXPR, TAG and TAG2 fields in the first record of the report as well.
