1) Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
2) Click the Windows Setup tab, click Accessories, click Details, click to select the WordPad check box, click to select the Imaging check box, click OK, and then click OK.
3) Insert your Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. Click Browse This CD, and then locate the Tools\OldWin95\Message\US folder.
4) Double-click the Wms.exe program file, follow the instructions on the screen to install Windows Messaging, remove the Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM from your CD-ROM drive, and then restart your computer.
5) Place your Windows 98 or Windows 98 Second Edition CD-ROM in your CD-ROM drive. Click Browse This CD, and then locate the Tools\OldWin95\Message\US folder.
6) Double-click the Awfax.exe program file, follow the instructions on the screen to install Microsoft Fax, and then restart your computer.
