I don't know about VFP 7 but you can switch to foxpro help in VFP 6.
Go to Tools->Options->File Locations and point your Help File to foxhelp.chm
On my PC it's c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\msdn\2001jan\1033\foxhelp.chm
Don't forget to click on Set As Default button to save your changes.
