I have a client running a FoxPro 2.6 DOS application off a Windows NT 4.0 Server (Service Pack 6.0a). There are 6 workstations. One workstation, running Windows 98 2nd edition, has started to get the following error message:

Transgressed node found during compaction

Any idea what is causing this. This error is occurring 5-6 times a day, and is throwing the user out of FoxPro after the error message is displayed. The error started occurring 2 weeks ago. We have not made any recent changes to hardware or software. Any ideas?

This error seems to occur most frequently when intensive transaction activity is taking place.
