Thank you Alexander, but I need to automate the process of grabbing the HTML source. I would not need VFP to do this. As you have pointed out, one only needs to veiw source or copy source to access it "manually". I want to create some one-button processes to capture data from HTML source code the user is viewing at the time. You say this is by design, though. Seems strange that a method, by design, is created not to work. I will have to take another look at the refreshsource() method as you suggest. Perhaps there is a way to modify it to not "not work"?
