This absolutely not right. _webbrowser4 simply incapsulates Web Browser ActiveX control. This control is not providing a way to return source code. _webbrowser4 class adds this method manually, but it can be made easily only for local files. This class checks if URL local and if so just copies it's content into temporary table.
