The data entry form is an authorization card for delivering products. Each card will designate the delivery locations authorized. At this time, it can be up to 25 different delivery locations. I have set up separate forms with delivery location choices based on geographical location. They are listed as checkboxes on these other forms. I want to give the users a simple way to check which delivery locations they want and then transfer their choices back to the record on the data entry form. The final document that will print is only a 8.5 x 3.3 form, so I don't necessarily want to list 25+ delivery locations on every form if at all possible.
