In addition to Craig's comment, i like to say that The ComCodebook helped us a lot on understanding the creation on Com+ Components and using Ado. It a good tool for leaning but don't be afraid to modify it, we modified it a lot to make it a lot more flexible than it is. We don'use the UI As well and the approch of creating 1 component by query is really not something you want to do.

>Yes, COMCOdebook is free. I don't like the UI stuff that much and only use the middle-tier pieces. There is an article on my web site that will help you get started.
