does any one a solution for the file handle problem of Windows Me and Foxpro 2.6?

There is an article in the knowledge base of Microsoft (#Q274594), the "given" solution is to replace a file named "dosmgr.vxd". We don't have a original version of Windows Me (only OEM versions), therefore we have no support from microsoft. Does anyone have this file for the german version of Windows Me?

Or is there any other solution for this problem?
