I seem to recall that Netware queues can be 'fussy' and sometimes they fill up. Is there any possibility that you're trying to print a file that's larger than available disk space or allocated space?
Just a thought....

In diagnostic mode, my program will tell me without fail that it thinks it is about to print to the network printer. Then it proceeds to print, unpredictably, either to that network printer or to the server's default printer. This is true for 3 different programs.
