It definitely would help. It's a really great and simple utility, which John wrote. I put its call on key label f8 in my startup program and whatever I need to have a table structure, I just hit f8 and got it printed. You should download it and use instead of List Structure command, because it gives you more information.
In return to the original question, I believe, you can use SET FONT command...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
