I've tried it, and you can de-compile an EXE that has been encrypted, I think you can also de-compile an EXE that has been branded on Level 1, but if you brand on level 2, then Refox won't crack it.

There are bound to be other products that can crack it, but Refox doesn't just brand the EXE simply, I think there are other things it makes changes to.
