Hi!

All the list of installed programs is somewhere in the Registry. Run Registry editor, than search for the app you have - probably you will find entries that define this app in the list of installed applications.

HTH.

>Sometimes when I remove a program (W2K Professional) it will state that not all elements could be removed. Looking at the details log usually reveals that this is a folder, shortcut, etc, so I'll deal with this manually. The problem is that the entry remains in the Add/Remove list. Is there a way to force it to go away when I know that it no longer exists on the system? I tried removing it again, but that doesn't work either. Thanks!

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
