Weird, indeed.

You might try some of the following:

  • Recompile your project - recompile all - to make sure the
    latest changes are in effect.

  • Debug to see what commands are really executed. Apart
    from using the debugger, you might insert "wait
    window" to see whether the toolbar/menu commands are
    really executed at all.

  • Check the current directory and path for both cases.
