I bought Rick's HTML Help when I was at Harris, mainly to do help files for my apps. When some of the other folks saw how easy it was to use, they started using it for general documentation.

I was using RoboHelp, but that is really meant for high powered high volume help/documentation shops. Plus the upgrade costs were way too high! Rick's HTML Help still has a lot of power (at least all the power I need), is easy to use, look great and is cheap -- how can you beat that combination!
