As Daniel said you could record a macro and convert it to VFP. Sometimes you'd go nuts that way (I did:).
Keep help around (...Microsoft Office\Office\VBAXLn.chm or VBA_XLn.hlp where n is version). You might not find it if you didn't install VBasic help. Install from Office CD.
