Assuming your columns need to moved-sized IMHO best is to have bitmap versions of rotated text and set them with Cellpicture.
If wrapping would work for you then changing header line count and having only one char per header line is another way. Or you could have your label separated with spaces per char and set wordwarp on, specify header row height and alignment.
If columns wouldn't move-size at all native VFP grid an image serving as a header might be faster and easier.
