Hi!

There are several reasons for that. Office client vrsion installed when all main files are on the Office Server. Office is installed without Word. Office installation is not finished correctly/interrupted/machine reboot/poweroff etc. Try to reinstall it.

Of course, it should be Office 97 or later.
