Hi!

I have no other idea but try to re-create view from zero...
Did you also tried the SQL Pass-Through functions? SQLCONNECT(), than SQLEXEC() with UPDATE command...

Find also a forum for Paradox programmers that use Paradox tables through ODBC and ask this there.

>Thanks for the reply Vlad. I have tried to change the Sql Where option form Key and Modified to Key and updatebale. I have also changed the SQL update between Update and Delete and Insert.

>The Pardox Table I am trying to modify is a Paradox 4.x table (DOS). The real frustration is that this thing worked for close to a year and now nothing.

>>>I am attempting to update a Paradox Table using a Remote View. I am reading data from the Paradox Table OK. When a field is changed, I get a Connectivity error stating that an updateable query must be used. My Update criteria has all fields listed in the view as updatable including the PK which is also specified(by checking in the View Designer). I have Send Sql Updates selected.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
