I'm sure my problem is related to my being webically-challenged and my propensity to interpret instructions literally, but if you will be kind enough...

Having some time on my hands I finally got around to looking into the highly-touted "COMCodeBook" 'product'.

I went to the www.comcodebook.com (linked from Craig B.'s site), registered as required and went to the downloads page and downloaded almost everything - at least more than it looked like I would need.
I then printed the "Developing Windows DNA Applications Using COMCodeBook" document and started reading.

I got to page 7 where it said to "please read the instructions on how to set up the sample application, TimeTrac, that ships with COMCodeBook as an example and make sure it works for you".
I checked my downloads and it wasn't (evidently) there. I went to the site and couldn't find it.

Continuing reading page 7 I later read "When you extract the COMCodebook framework, extract it to the root of your drive with sub-directories". They then show a sample of what the directory should look like. There was no sign of "TimeTrac" in the sample diagram.

I extracted the zip "Common.zip" but didn't get a directory resembling the one pictured. Reading a little further I decided to unzip AttorneyApp.zip too and now I got something much closer to what was pictured. Still a bunch of directories missing though, and no sign of a 'how to set up...' document.

My questions:

1) Has AttorneyApp replace TimeTrac as a sample app (sure look like it)?

2) Is it customary to unzip all downloaded files BEFORE proceeding with instructions like this (maybe that's how I'll get a directory list like the one shown)?

Any insight appreciated
