Download the zip and see ReadMe.txt

But shortly, copy bbPictire.ocx into windows system dir and issue at command prompt: regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system\bbpicture.ocx

Run VFP. In option menu click bbPicture on the available control list to be available on form controls toolbar.
Create a new form and drop bbPicture from the Active-X controls onto the form.
right click on bbPicture and choose properties. Put the path of the ico file into the Path textbox and click ok.
