We have a very wierd situation here. We have a text file that we import to tables in our SQL Server. The import program has not changed since we last ran it on Tuesday, July 3. The new text file we received today is just fine. We can properly import the data into a test area on the server. HOWEVER when we attempt to import it into the live data area on our server, rather than inserting new records, it partially overwrites some of the existing records!! And it does this in a different section of the database each time the import is attempted. We have gone so far as to reboot both the pc which has the text file, and the server itself, but this has not fixed the problem.

The stored procedures and triggers on the tables all appear to be ok.

Any suggestions?
