Well that's one excellent reason for the star rewards system, wouldn't you think? At least some of those who cannot afford have a chance to get some PUTM time in exchange for their contributions.

Makes me think I should remind more than one certain person when they "forget" to award stars < s >.

PS Since PUTM is also available on less-than-annual subscription it should also be more possible for those countryfolks to buy a small one and use the hell out of it for the period.
