I have. I can't seem to remember exactly what the problem was, but I do remember having it act really wierd and give unrelated errors that went away when I took out the space. So I make it a point to _always_ have a space before the semi-colon.

Also, this line is in VFP 5's help file:

Note Be sure to include the space immediately preceding each semicolon. Otherwise, you’ll receive an error.

Looks like the same line to me, but I don't have Jim's post open for reference.
