We are trying ot copy the contents of a database, both data and objects, to a new database. We are useing the dts export wizard and selecting 'copy objects and data between sql server databases'. We are using the defaults as provided by the sql server.

When we copy, we are getting either the user tables and stored procedures OR the system tables and stored procedures, but NOT both. What are we doing wrong?
