Hi!

>When I use :
>declare long SetWindowPos in win32api long,long,long,long,long,long,long
>and DECLARE LONG SetForegroundWindow IN win32api LONG on win2k,It working well, but when I run it on win98,these two sentences do nothing,Why?

What you meant "these two sentences do nothing"? Do you get any error messages? Are functions declared correctly?

>and I need add "wait wind time(0.5) ''" after I used the API call.

WAIT command works only second by second. You can use SLEEP() API function that get values in milliseconds.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
