Chris,

Use list database for a verbose list of the objects held in the database container.
LIST DATABASE
  [TO PRINTER [PROMPT] | TO FILE FileName]
  [NOCONSOLE]
If you wanted to roll your own utility then you could use functions like aDBObjects() and DBGetprop().
