I can't find it now, but I thought someone asked if you were running over a network and asked if it made a difference running locally. What about temp disk space? Did you make sure there is no error routine stopping a message from being displayed? Do you know at what point (between 500 and 5000) that it stops working? If you are able to zip and email your files to Jay.Johengen@ncmail.net I can take a look at them for you.
