Personally, I use, and have used for two years now Dreamweaver. I cant say enough things good about it. However, it can be a bit pricy,(but they do have a 30 day trial) I think Its about 500.00 US
Free trial at
http://www.macromedia.com/software/dreamweaver/trial/

I have also used Homesite, which you can get a trial for free. here.
http://www.macromedia.com/software/homesite/trial/
and the full product is only 89.00 us.

Its a better deal, But, you do get what you pay for. its not nearly the product Dreamweaver is. - Anyway, thats only my opinion. Many people lover Homesite.

In the beginning, there was a command prompt, and all was well.
